- Personal and financial information is required when making a financial contribution to the Coalition to End Marijuana Prohibition in support of the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol. This information is used to process your contribution. All contributions made to the Coalition to End Marijuana Prohibition are regulated by the Colorado Secretary of State. Colorado state laws require political committees to report the donor's name and mailing address for each donation of $20 or more, and the donor's occupation and employer for each donation of $100 or more.
