This 4/20, spark up a conversation about marijuana
This 4/20, spark up a conversation about marijuana
UPDATE: Here's a great story from The Huffington Post that mentions our efforts.
-----
April 20th is widely known as a day for celebrating marijuana, and this year we are encouraging everyone who supports Amendment 64 to use the opportunity to spark up a conversation about the issue.
There are other people in Colorado, however, who are not so sure. They think marijuana is dangerous and consider marijuana users to be irresponsible. Perhaps you know people like this. They may be your parents, your grandparents, or your aunts and uncles.
We believe the best way to celebrate 4/20 is to help these people understand marijuana and marijuana users a little bit better today. By doing so, we make it more likely that Amendment 64, the initiative to regulate marijuana like alcohol, will pass this November.
So please take a moment to click here and visit our special 4/20 page and send a quick, pre-written email to people you know who might be opposed to Amendment 64 or undecided on the measure. They need to hear from you, and it's this type of communication that could make all the difference in November.
